The gasoline-powered 80 cc Senci OHV 4-stroke engine is the heart of the A-iPower SUA2300i. It has a 120V output and a running power of 1,800W and a peak power of 2,300W. Also, the device can work in parallel (it comes with a parallel kit) and can be linked to a similar or compatible device for more power. The pull-start mechanism on the inverter generator is simple and old-fashioned. It can make up to 52 dBA of noise (not much louder than a conversation at home). Because it can hold 1.1 gallons of fuel, the SUA2300i can run for up to 10 hours on a full tank (it uses about 0.11 GPH). The SUA2300i makes a clean sine wave. With a Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of less than 3%, you can safely plug your sensitive electronics into the AC outlets.
The control panel has two AC outlets: one for 120V 20A (5-20R) and one for 120V 30A (L5-30R).Also, it has 2 DC outlets: a 5V USB port (USB-A) that makes it easy to charge devices like cell phones and tablets, and a 12V 8A receptacle that looks like a cigarette lighter that lets you easily charge your batteries.Even though this A-iPower generator isn’t quite RV Ready, its L5-30R receptacle makes it easy to connect to an RV with an L5-30P to TT-30R adaptor (which comes with the generator).
A digital data center on the SUA2300i’s control panel shows the voltage, lifetime run hours, fuel level, and power output, which makes it possible to keep track of its status and activity. In addition to this, the generator has a number of lights that tell you when its oil level is too low, when it is overloaded, and when it is ready. As far as safety goes, the generator can be used without worry because it shuts off automatically when it runs out of oil.The A-iPower SUA2300i comes with the standard paperwork and an owner’s manual, which will help you get the device up and running quickly. It also comes with a funnel, oil, battery charging cables, an RV adapter, and a tool kit.
The A-iPower SUA2300i is an inverter generator, and its closed design (L21.7 x W14 x H20.9 in) makes it look better than traditional devices with open frames. This kind of design is the most modern and easy way to make power for fun. With a dry weight of 50.7 lbs, the SUA2300i’s power can be used anywhere. With its two 4-inch-diameter wheels and telescoping handle, it is also easy to move once it is on the floor.
The following charts show how some of the most important features of the A-iPower-SUA2300i compare to other generators with the same power output.
**Fuel efficiency is give in relative percentage, 0 being the lowest and 1 being the highest value. Please see below specification table for actual value.

- We compared more than 500 portable generators at 50% load. We found that there is “skewed right” distribution for the difference between 50% load and 25% load and the median comes at 1.43. With this number we converter all the 25% load runtime to 50% load. Same with the propane efficiency, where median is 1.38.
- For some generators where propane runtime was not given, we used NIST 1994 GGE (Gasoline Gallon Equivalent) formula: 5.66 lbs. of propane = 1 gal of gasoline. All propane runtime is for 20 lbs. propane tank (4.7 gallons).
- Unlike many other sites, we actually tried to find out information about each of the above requirements. However, we are human and are therefore capable of the odd oversight or mistake. Please let us know if you spot any missing or erroneous values so that we can fix them.
About the Manufacturer
A-iPower, a small US-based business, is a new player in the generator industry. They sell engines, water pumps, pressure washers, and of course generators as part of their product line.Numerous conventional and inverted portable generators, many of which feature an electric starter, are available from A-iPower.The business has a number of locations, including a distribution hub in Wisconsin and a headquarters in California. But the entire manufacturing of their products is outsourced to China.
There is a warranty on the A-iPower SUA2300i for up to 3 years. This warranty may not cover all parts of the generator or may only cover certain parts.A-iPower generators come with a warranty that you can find out more about by calling A-iPower Customer Support at 1-855-888-3598.
