Description
The A-iPower SUA9000E is made with a gasoline-powered A-iPower OHV 4-stroke engine with 420 cc and 14 hp. It has an output voltage of 120/240V and a running wattage of 7,250W and a peak wattage of 9,000W. The noise level of this generator is 76 dBA, which is less than a dishwasher. It can be started with a pull-start or a simple and elegant electric starter (battery included). Due to its 7-gallon fuel tank, the SUA9000E can run for about 8.5 hours at 0.5 load (using about 0.82 GPH of fuel) on a full tank.
Outlets
There are 6 AC outlets on the control panel: two 120V 20A (5-20R) GFCI duplexes, a 120V 30A (L5-30R) receptacle, and a 120/240V 30A (L14-30R) receptacle.
Also, it has 1 DC outlet: a 12V 8A receptacle that looks like a cigarette lighter. This makes it easy to charge your batteries.Even though this A-iPower generator isn’t quite RV Ready, its L5-30R receptacle makes it easy to connect to an RV with an L5-30P to TT-30R adaptor. The SUA9000E is also ready for a transfer switch because it has a twist-lock L14-30R receptacle. You can connect it to a breaker box to power your home when the power goes out.Features
The data center on the SUA9000E’s control panel is one of its many features.
It tells you how many hours it has been running for and lets you keep track of its activity and status. In addition to this information, a light lets you know right away if the oil level is too low.The generator has a built-in fuel gauge that makes it quick, easy, and convenient to check how much gas is in the machine. As far as safety goes, the device has an automatic shut-off for low oil and a circuit breaker for overheating, so you can use it without worrying. The A-iPower SUA9000E comes with oil, battery charging cables, and a tool kit, as well as the usual paperwork and an owner’s manual to get you up and running right away.Mobility
The A-iPower SUA9000E is 27.5 inches long, 26 inches wide, and 26 inches high.
It has a typical open frame design that makes it stable and allows it to be raised above ground level. This type of design is great for tough environments and heavy outdoor use.The generator is technically “portable” in the sense that you can move it, but at 201.7 lbs., it may be hard to move it by hand.Still, its wheel kit (dia:9 “) and its handle that folds up, once it’s on the ground.Product Videos

- We compared more than 500 portable generators at 50% load. We found that there is “skewed right” distribution for the difference between 50% load and 25% load and the median comes at 1.43. With this number we converter all the 25% load runtime to 50% load. Same with the propane efficiency, where median is 1.38.
- For some generators where propane runtime was not given, we used NIST 1994 GGE (Gasoline Gallon Equivalent) formula: 5.66 lbs. of propane = 1 gal of gasoline. All propane runtime is for 20 lbs. propane tank (4.7 gallons).
- Unlike many other sites, we actually tried to find out information about each of the above requirements. However, we are human and are therefore capable of the odd oversight or mistake. Please let us know if you spot any missing or erroneous values so that we can fix them.
About the Manufacturer
A-iPower, a small US-based business, is a new player in the generator industry.
They sell engines, water pumps, pressure washers, and of course generators as part of their product line.Numerous conventional and inverted portable generators, many of which feature an electric starter, are available from A-iPower.The business has a number of locations, including a distribution hub in Wisconsin and a headquarters in California. But the entire manufacturing of their products is outsourced to China.Warranty Information
A warranty covers the A-iPower SUA9000E for up to 2 years.
This warranty may not cover all parts of the generator or may only cover certain parts.A-iPower generators come with a warranty that you can find out more about by calling A-iPower Customer Support at 1-855-888-3598.
